There are traditional and religious events that happen in the life of a person in the Hispanic community
. In terms of faith in the church, they believe that a child should be baptized and follow all the rites within the church such as marriage, initiation, and burial rites. They also practice traditional rites such as Fiesta Quinceañera (or Fiesta Rosa), Día de Muertos, Las Piñatas ( Fowler et al., 2022) . These events revolve throughout their lives and have become an important part of their lives and mark important stages of life such as the transition from being a child to adulthood to marriage and lastly death. Most of the death rites are performed by the church and the dead are buried as quickly as possible. Traditionally during birth, the birth partner is mostly the mother-in-law or another female relative, and the first 40 days are regarded as sacred for the purification of the mother and child.
