Policies and Perspectives Grid health and medicine homework help

Nursing homework help

You will need to choose a total of 4 or 5 of these stakeholders and repeat what I have done for each stakeholder. Please maintain the integrity of the grid for this assignment (mine is not in grid format because I wanted to focus your attention on the content). Also, it is NOT required for you to fill out all 8 columns for each stakeholder, but there should be a minimum of two perspectives for each.  Please let me know if you need further clarification.

The example is below:

Topic Chosen: Childhood Obesity

Possible Stakeholder: CDC

Possible Perspective: Ethical or Societal

Ethical Column:The CDC aims to do what is right for the American people, and part of that is protecting the health and well-being of our children. In 2011, the CDC took a big step in the right direction toward combating childhood obesity by forming the Childhood Obesity Research Demonstration Project. The project aims to improve the health of children where they live, learn, and play. One project goal is to determine if interventions in the pediatric health care setting combined with health interventions can curb obesity in children. Increasing children’s physical activity is a portion of each intervention program (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, 2011).

Societal:

The CDC’s mission is to protect the American people from health, safety, and security threats. The CDC’s State-Based Nutrition and Physical Activity Program to Prevent Obesity and Other Chronic Diseases (NPAO) is in favor of requiring exercise for all children. The NPAO funds 25 state-local partnerships to implement policy, system, and environmental strategies to prevent and reduce obesity. One of the five major areas of the initiative is increasing physical activity (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, 2011).

I have attached the Grid that needs to be filled out.  Please, Please any questions ask me.
