PURPOSE

Interpret and evaluate what leader and personality assessments mean for you as a professional nurse and nurse leader.

 

DIRECTIONS

Complete all four parts of the assignment.

 

1. Complete the scoring and interpretation of the Grossman and Valiga Leadership Characteristics and Skills Assessment Tool.

 

2. Complete an interpretation (written in paragraph form) of the StrengthsFinder assessment (requires you to research resources to help with your interpretation).

 

3. Complete an interpretation (written in paragraph form) of the DISC personality test (requires you to research resources to help with your interpretation).

 

4. Submit an overall evaluation of yourself using the information you gathered from your assessments and interpretations.

Includes a list of statements that help current or future leaders determine personal perceptions of what makes a good leader. Use the metrics below to identify how you feel about each statement.
