What did you learn from the connection you made between exercise, research, and the need for some form of exercise by everyone?

In the future you may be given the assignment to develop a physical activity program for a

health issue such as cancer patients. We learned this semester how to begin to look at research

as a first step in finding evidence based programs that work.
