Truly understanding the customers’ needs helped me be decisive during the decision-making process of the wigs, braids, hair product and clothes we sold. I also cleaned, organized, and priced the merchandise along with mentoring new hires all with a positive and welcoming attitude to make everyone feel comfortable and at ease.
