To evaluate the effectiveness of the project, data about cardiovascular diseases in the community and compared to that before the health promotion activities. The rates at which the community also visits healthcare will also need to be evaluated. Access to healthcare will be evaluated by going through information of those who took insurance packages in the community and looking at the difference between the two. By doing this we will be able to monitor the effectiveness of the health promotion initiatives and see where we were not effective and what countermeasures can be used to promote the health problem.
