Implementing bedside report to improve nurse satisfaction
Add appraisal evidence and synthesis slides to current powerpoint. Slides 9-13 (examples on slide 9 and 12)
Include in each evidence appraisal: the types of designs, samples, major findings, and limitations and the rated evidence using the format, e, g., LOE = IIB.
The 3-5 evidence appraisals are followed by an Evidence Synthesis slide which is an evidence summary of the quality (strong, moderate) and types of studies (number of systematic reviews, etc.) and includes any modifications for the change project, summary of limitations, benefits and risks of the synthesized body of evidence.
