There are various ways that the medical system is abused, by both medical professionals and consumers. These abuses are challenges. How has the currently medical system evolved, or devolved, because of these challenges? Where do multiple level practitioners (Physician’s Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, etc) fit into this model?
