· Data: Open space in community (e.g., parks, playgrounds) & activities offered there. Gymnasiums, community centers, yoga studios, rock climbing, or other gathering places & activities are offered there. Bike/hiking/sports shops.

· Data: Quality of air and water. The presence of toxic pollutants. Prevalence of asthma and COPD.

 

Health Priorities

· Group identifies three priority health needs (3 points). Each priority is linked to specific community data gathered, reflecting integration of data (6 points). For each priority – identify a feasible* primary, secondary, and tertiary intervention related to this priority (9 points) (*Feasible – describe how each intervention is a safe, effective, and efficient option in the context of available and accessible resources for this community)
