- Clearly identify and describe in detail a professional practice use of the theories/concepts presented in the article.
- Provide a clear and accurate analysis of the article using the Research Analysis Matrix section of the template.
- Write a 1-paragraph justification that clearly and accurately explains in detail whether you would recommend the use of this article to inform professional practice. Note: You can use the CARP method as presented in the Resources for this week on evaluating resources.
- Write a 2- to 3-paragraph summary that you will add to your Academic Success and Professional Development Plan that includes the following:
- Clearly and accurately describe in detail your approach to identifying and analyzing peer-reviewed research.
- Clearly identify and accurately describe in detail at least two strategies that you would use that you found to be effective in finding peer-reviewed research.
- Provide a complete, detailed, and specific synthesis of at least one resource you intend to use in the future to find peer-reviewed research.
- Integrate at least one outside resource and 2-3 course specific resources to fully support your summary.

In the modern corporate world, having advanced planning would be essential in helping an individual concentrate on planning how to be successful both academically and professionally. In the professional and academic field, success would depend significantly on the kind of network created.
The network comprises specific team members and individuals who play a role in making the academic and professional pursue success in the medical field (Siciliano et al., 2018).
Therefore, this paper describes various academic and professional connections that have played a significant role in creating my academic and professional of practicing nurse a success.
For instance, my push to become a successful nurse practitioner would depend significantly on the instructor’s and peers’ support in the academic context. As a Registered Nurse and practicing Nurse Practitioner, it would be encouraging to involve the contributions from instructors and peers that would contribute to guiding the study process.
The instructor is always in charge of any academic practice and would be willing to guide me through the research, study and course completion (Siciliano et al., 2018). The academic peers also play a significant role in making my success in a class by working on various issues that I may not understand from the instructor.
Also, in the professional context, it is necessary to have connections practically applied in contributing to the success at the place of work. Having connections and a healthy network in the medical field plays a significant role in making a successful career in the medical field.
Having a nurse mentor and a nurse practitioner mentor has also played a significant role in becoming a successful Registered Nurse.
The nurse practitioner would guide me through the practical’s and rounds I make in the facility as a new nurse practitioner in the professional field. The nurse mentor would be considerate in choosing what is best for me and how I can directly complete some professional moves.
Also, having a connection with an official nurse practitioner who is in the field creates the chances of recognition into the possibility of being considered for a Nurse Practitioner Psychiatric position in the future.

Dr. Rsaul is a psychiatrist who specializes in adults and children. I choose him as my mentor because of his years of experience practicing as a psychiatrist. His hands-on experience and knowledge within the field can help provide and lead me to become a better Nurse Practitioner.
As a patient of his in my past time he always said, “To achieve optimal health is to strive both physically and mentally”.
I always strive to become that nurse practitioner who treats all patients equally as Dr. Rsaul does. Quality is undeniably pivotal in every care intervention and ways to revitalize the patient’s life will always be imperative.
I will foster the commitment to ensure that any appointment with a patient is tailor-made to professionally meet the health situation at hand and life after.
